Young chef Jan Fargas doesn't disappoint. His offering is based on top-quality products with innovative touches. The roast meat croquettes, fish soup, peas with black botifarra sausage, rice with Norway lobster and cuttlefish, and pig’s trotters with foie gras are all excellent choices. Picturesque establishment with stone vaulted ceilings and a lovely garden. A little-known place well worth a visit.
