The most ground-breaking, roguish bar in Madrid. Spanish-Asian fusion - or rather, a cuisine that abides byno rules - that is full of personality and flavour. Don’t miss their Iberian papada dumplings, the dry ramen noodles or the pork belly nigiri. Simple, urban atmosphere. Friendly service. It’s hard to get a seat at the bar as they don’t take bookings and only serve twenty covers per sitting. They put you on the waiting list when you arrive, but it’s worth the wait.
